Compare prices, shipping options and speed of service. Toner Buyer, for example, pays up to $22 per cartridge. Select the company that best fits your needs based upon this criteria.

Fill out the claim form. Include your contact information, name, type and brand of cartridges, number of cartridges and any other information requested on the claim form. Submit the form to the company via fax, email or directly online. The company then confirms your information and sends you the prepaid shipping labels.

Pack your cartridges as per the company's instructions. Arrange for a pick up or drop your package off at the nearest UPS store.
