Instructions

      Insert your thumbs into the thumb loops, located at the end of each strap. When wrapped the Inzer logo should be located on the outside.

      Wrap around your wrist in a clockwise motion. Wrap your Inzer wrist straps as tightly as you are comfortable with, but be sure not to impede your circulation.

      Secure the end of the strap by pressing the Velcro side against the wrap. It may help to secure the Velcro at an angle.

      Flex your wrists to ensure the straps are properly placed. You may want to lift a few weights as a trial.

  • If you feel any discomfort or numbness in your hands or arms, readjust the straps as they may be too tight.
