Instructions

1
Place the scarf over your head so that the center point of one long side is at the top of your head at the hairline.
-
2
Push your hair and the ends of the scarf over your shoulders and down your back. If your hair is not this long, just push the ends of the scarf down your back with your hair tucked under the scarf.
-
-
3
Wrap your hair up in the ends of the scarf, twisting the scarf around your hair gently to cover it with the fabric. If your hair is very long, fold your hair up under the scarf so that you have at least 8 to 10 inches of scarf below the point where your hair ends.
-
4
Twist the scarf tightly under the point where your hair ends, twisting until you reach the ends of the scarf.
-
5
Fold up the twisted end of the scarf, tucking it under the part of the scarf that covers your hair. If your hair is short, fold the twisted portion of the scarf up to the nape of your neck.
-
6
Wrap the twisted end of the scarf around your hair inside the scarf for long hair. Wrap the twisted end of the scarf around itself in a quasi-bun for short hair.
-
7
Pin the twisted end of the scarf with a safety pin to hold it securely.
