• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup nutmeg powder
• 1 tbsp. honey
• Cotton swabs

How to Boil Water and Milk for Scar Treatment

1. 

   Milk

   Bring milk just to boil. Remove from heat and let cool.

2. 

   Honey

   Stir in water and honey.

3. Mix nutmeg thoroughly into the mixture.

4. Apply mixture on scar with a cotton swab before going to bed and let dry over night.

5. Rinse off completely in the morning.

Tips & Warnings

• Use a mild cleanser for washing the area.

• Follow with a moisturizer.

• If you have a reaction such as rashes, inflammation or redness, discontinue immediately.
