How to Remove a Toshiba Hard Drive Password

Toshiba computers, like any other Windows computer, allow you to set a hard drive password. This security feature prevents unauthorized access to the computer hard drive; it's good to use if others are regularly around your computer. If you decide the password is no longer needed, it can be erased through the computer's BIOS menu. This process also will allow you to change the password.
