If you're working with a document and suddenly realize you've typed an entire paragraph in the wrong case, don't fret. The "Change Case" feature in Word 2007 can quickly reformat the paragraph. Mixed-case is a combination of upper and lower case letters. Sentence-case capitalizes the first word in a line text. Capitalize each word capitalizes the first letter of every word. Toggle case displays the first letter of a word in lowercase and the rest in uppercase.

      Highlight the text you want to format in Word 2007.

      Select the "Home" tab in the ribbon and go to the "Font" group.

      Expand "Change Case" and select the type of mixed case you want to apply: "Sentence case," "Capitalize Each Word" or "tOGGLE cASE."
