Instructions

  1. Strawberry Method

Pluck the green stem off of a strawberry, and discard it. Place the strawberry in a bowl. Use a fruit muddler to crush the strawberry until it becomes a pulp.

    • 2

Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda to the bowl, and mix it together with a spoon.

    • 3

Dip a toothbrush into the mixture, and apply it to your teeth, concentrating on the teeth that show when you smile and talk.

    • 4

Wait five minutes for the paste to sit on your teeth. Remove it by brushing your teeth with toothpaste.

    • 5

Repeat this method only once every couple of weeks since the natural acid in strawberries can ruin your enamel.

    Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide

Pour 1 tsp. baking soda into a bowl.

    • 7

Add apple cider vinegar a few drops at a time to the baking soda until it forms a paste.

Dip a toothbrush into the paste and brush your teeth with it like you would toothpaste. Rinse your mouth out with water.
