How Do I Apply Semi-Permanent Eyeliner on the Lower Lid?

Instructions

1. Hold the tube of semi-permanent eyeliner so it is horizontal and shake it vigorously.

2. Twist the cap off the tube and pull out the brush. Turn the handle so the brush is facing upward.

3. Lightly blow onto the wet brush for five seconds. This will cause the makeup to dry slightly and take to your skin better.

4. Hold the tip of the brush at the outside corner of your eye and swiftly drag the brush along your lash line. The brush should not touch the lashes, but should remain outside them.

5. Repeat the process on the other eye.
