How to Upload Your Slideshow in MySpace

Upload a photo slideshow to your MySpace account.

A MySpace account offers users a web page to customize as they wish, as well as share information, updates and photos with friends and family. One way to show off your photos is by creating a slideshow that will play automatically when a visitor opens your MySpace page. Several photo sharing websites offer you the option of making a slideshow with your pictures for free, then quickly and easily uploading that slideshow directly to your MySpace page.

Instructions

ImageLoop MySpace Slideshow

1. Go to ImageLoop.com and click "Create Slideshow" on the left of the screen. Click "Browse," then select your pictures from your computer in the window that opens.

2. Select the options to the right to customize your slideshow with different skins, backgrounds, sizes and effects.

3. Click "MySpace" on the left and enter the URL of your MySpace account in the field. Click "Upload."

SlideRoll Myspace Slideshow

1. Go to Slideroll.com and click "Slideshow Creator," then "New Slideshow." Click "Okay" when the window opens indicating you are running in demo mode, which will disable a few of Slideroll's features. To get these features (including uploading photos from your Flickr account, downloading your slideshow permanently, and adding a music soundtrack to your slideshow) click "Join for Free" on the SlideRoll homepage and fill out the form with a username, password and email address, then continue to the Slideshow Creator.

2. Click the upload link to select photos from your computer. Click "Yes" when the slideshow option appears. Click "Apply."

3. Click "Preview" to watch your slideshow," then click "Publish." Copy the embed code provided by Slideroll.

4. Login to your MySpace account and navigate to the section in your profile in which you want to display your slideshow. Click inside the field and paste the embed code, then click "Save."

My Pic Pals MySpace Slideshow

1. Go to MyPicPals.com and click "Create Slideshow," followed by "Upload Your Photos." Choose your photos from your computer to include in your slideshow.

2. Click "Options," then "Slideshow Options." Enter a name for your slideshow and adjust the size and timing of your slideshow, then click "Save."

3. Click "Save and Publish," then "Publish Now." Copy the embed code in the "Post" box at the top.

4. Login to your MySpace account and navigate to the section in your profile in which you want to display your slideshow. Click inside the field and paste the embed code, then click "Save."

Tips & Warnings

• ImageLoop and Slideroll slideshows are automatically made public unless you choose the privacy option in Settings. My Pic Pals publishes your photos to a public gallery.
