How to Enable a Network Bridge

Bridging your network connection allows you to share the bridge host's Internet connection with other computers connected to it through a network including routers. Basically, one of your computer's network adapters shares its connection with another to establish a link between each other, making them share the same network resources and provide the same connectivity as if the main network adapter was connected through the router.

Things You'll Need

• Computer with a network bridge configured

Instructions

1. Click on your "Start" menu and hit "Control Panel."

2. Click "Network and Internet" and go to "Network Sharing Center."

3. Click "Manage Network Connections" or "Change Adapter Settings."

4. Right-click your network bridge and click "Enable."
