How to Put a Micro SD Card in a Palm Centro

You don't need to be technologically inclined to use a microSD card in a Palm Centro.

The Palm Centro smartphone is a cell phone and a multimedia machine, capable of playing music, displaying photos and showing videos. All of that data can quickly eat up the Centro's meager internal memory, so using a micro Secure Digital (microSD) card is almost a necessity. To use the microSD card, you need to place it in the card slot located under the Centro's battery cover.

Instructions

1. Turn your Palm Centro over and slide the battery cover down to remove it.

2. Open the memory card slot located to the right of the screen.

3. Insert your microSD card into the slot with the label facing up and the arrow facing toward the Centro. Press until you hear a click.

4. Close the memory card slot.

5. Turn the phone over and slide the battery cover up and back into place. The microSD card is now ready to be used on your Palm Centro.
