      Reboot your laptop. Press "F11" when the option to begin the restore process appears. Press "F11" again before Windows starts up.

      Select the "Non-Destructive System Restore" to recover the operating system, programs and drivers pre-installed. This option keeps your hard drive data.

      Choose the "Full System Restore" option to wipe the hard drive clean and restore your operating system.

      Select the "Full System Restore with Backup" option to save your hard disk data to a backup folder and reinstall a new copy of your operating system. This option saves your data, but it re-installs all programs and restores the factory settings.

      Click "Next" once you choose an option. Select "Yes" once the "Format and Recover" dialog box appears.

      Click "Restart" when the "System Restore" dialog box opens. Allow the system to reboot to complete the installation.
