AOEME reads the .dbx files on your computer that store emails that have been deleted, even from the Deleted folder in Outlook Express. Once you have run the program, AOEME will give you access to any deleted emails that have not already been overwritten by the Outlook Express program. You can also use AOEME to backup your emails in the case of accidental deletion or computer error.
