How to Find Used Auto Parts Online
Using the Internet to search for used auto parts saves you time and money. Several vendors are available online, and you are guaranteed to find at least one who has the used auto part for which you are searching.
Whether you are searching for used or new parts, the best online searches are performed by search engines, Google and Yahoo. Use the search engines to find local vendors. The more words you use, the better your search results.

1
Determine the make, model, and name of the part for which you are searching. Use exact phrases to limit the results. If needed, use quotation marks (") around the search words to receive records which display all of the search words.
-
2
Determine the specifications of the used auto part. Use the plus sign (+) to include the specifications after the name of the part. Every car is different. A part that works for a Lincoln Towncar may not work for a Dodge Neon.
