How to Connect Antennas to Rear Projection TVs
A rear projection television is a large TV set that works in a similar manner to a movie projector. A source creates the video content towards the rear of the television; then the content is projected onto the screen of the TV. A projection television connects to audio/video devices and antennas in the same fashion as other televisions. If you don't want to pay for cable or satellite service, you can add an antenna to a rear projection TV with a few easy steps.

Tips & Warnings
If the rear projection is an analog TV, you need to use a converter box. To hook up a converter box to your TV, attach the coaxial cable from the antenna into the "In" port on the converter. Insert a second coaxial cable into the "Out" port on the converter, then plug the other end of the cable into the "In" port on the TV.
