The Microsoft CD supplied with the i900 has everything you need to synchronize your phone.

The Samsung SGH-i900 is a full-featured smart phone. It uses Windows Mobile for its operating system. As a Windows Mobile device, the SGH-i900 has the ActiveSync application built in to allow synchronizing this phone with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Windows XP also uses ActiveSync installed on the computer to synchronize with ActiveSync on the phone. Windows Vista and Windows 7 do not require ActiveSync to be installed on the computer; they use Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC), which comes with the system. In all cases, the phone always uses ActiveSync.
