According to Oxford Dictionaries, a forum is "a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged." A forum online is an Internet message board where people share their opinions on a specific topic. Forumtk is a website at which you can create an Internet forum to discuss any topic you wish.

Instructions

      Go to Forumtk's homepage and click on "Create a free forum."

      Choose a style for your forum by clicking on your preferred design. Preview each design by clicking "preview" under the design you wish to see. Then click "Continue."

      Enter the forum's title, description, Internet address, language and timezone. After that, enter your email address and your administration password. Read the terms and conditions by clicking "Terms and conditions," and if you agree with them, click "I agree with these terms and conditions," and click "Continue."

      Re-enter your administration password and click "Continue."

      Click on the link provided to go to your forum. Then log in with Username: Admin and the administration password you chose.

      Create your first topic by clicking on "Your first forum," then click on "New Topic." Choose a title, write your post and click "Send." You can edit it by clicking "Edit." You can delete a topic by clicking "Delete."

      Edit your profile details by clicking on "Profile." Once you have finished, click "Save." Upload a picture by clicking on "Avatar." Click "Choose file" if you are uploading a picture from your computer--otherwise enter the url of the picture you wish to upload. Alternatively, select a picture from the forum's gallery. Once you have finished choosing a picture, click "Save."

      Manage your forum by clicking on "Administration Panel" at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to the Administration Panel, where you will be guided to learn how to manage each aspect of your forum.

  • Post your new forum's url on social networking and bookmarking websites to attract visitors.

  • Never give your personal details to strangers on the Internet.
