How to Play Windows XP 32-Bit Games on a Windows XP 64-Bit

Operating systems come in two general types: 32 and 64 bit, with 64-bit drivers being required for 64-bit systems. While the operating systems themselves are dichotomous, you will still be able to play 32-bit applications and games on your 64-bit system through the automatic backward compatibility built into your XP 64-bit system. All you need do is install the game to your system.

Instructions

1. Insert the install disc into the computer.

2. Click "Start," "Computer," click the CD drive, and double click "Setup.exe."

3. Click "Install" and "Accept" to the license terms to install the game.

4. Click "Start," "Programs," and click on the game to launch it on your 64-bit system.
