How to Print a PPT With Notes

PPT is the extension for Microsoft PowerPoint files. PowerPoint allows you to create presentations and each page in the presentation is called a slide. In addition to the text and graphics on each slide, you can add notes to each slide. Notes can be printed for only you to assist with the delivery of your presentation or printed in handouts if you're adding footnotes or further information for your audience. PowerPoint also has an option of printing a slide show presentation with blank space for your audience to take notes next to each slide.
