How to Listen to a Message on Comcast Voice Mail

Comcast voice mail is just one of the features offered with Comcast's voice over IP telephone service. One of the great benefits of this service is the number of ways a user can retrieve his voice mail. It can be retrieved from the home phone, remotely using telephone access or by listening online via Comcast's secure website.

Instructions

At Home

1. Pick up your Comcast linked telephone and dial *99.

2. Enter your Comcast voice mail password.

3. Listen to the prompts, then enter your selection to listen to your messages.

Listening Remotely

1. Dial your home telephone number from any phone and allow your personal greeting to play.

2. Press # while your personal greeting is playing.

3. Enter your Comcast voice mail password, then follow the prompts to listen to your messages.

On The Internet

1. Open Comcast's website by entering comcast.net into your browser.

2. Click on the "voice" icon located on the right-hand side of the screen.

3. Enter your telephone number and voice mail password to sign in. If you have a Comcast login ID and password, this can also be used.

4. Navigate to your messages by following the on-screen prompts.
