      Connect an Xbox wireless networking adapter to the Xbox with an Ethernet cable.

      Start the Xbox. Select "Settings" at the main menu. Select "Network Settings."

      Select "Advanced." Choose "Wireless." Select "Settings."

      Choose your wireless router's SSID from the Network Menu.

      Select the Network mode as "Infrastructure." Select the security type that your wireless router is configured with. Type in the router's security key. Select "Save."

      Select "Save." The Xbox will now connect to the wireless router.
