My Dell Computer Won't Load After the Restart

If your Dell computer fails to load Windows 7 after restarting your system, recent changes to your system files may be preventing the OS from loading. Alternatively, if important hardware on your system has failed, such as the hard drive, the computer may not be able to boot to Windows 7 at all.

Dell computers include a set of recovery and diagnostic tools users can access in case the computer fails to boot to the OS. You can access these tools immediately after powering on the system.
