How to Rent a Luxury Car
-
1
Obtain a driver's license valid for the U.S. state in which you live before seeking a luxury rental car. Most rental companies will not rent to drivers under the age of 25 and to those who have an imperfect driving record.
-
2
Obtain automobile insurance with liability and physical damage coverage. Luxury rental companies will often require drivers to carry their own insurance.

3
Decide which type of luxury vehicle you are interested in renting. Whether you are interested in a BMW, a Rolls Royce or a Porsche, you'll find that each luxury rental company may carry different brands, so be sure to know what you are hoping to drive before contacting them.
-
4
Reserve your luxury car rental with a credit card deposit. Most companies require a 50 percent deposit or $500, whichever is greater, to be placed on a valid credit card before the rental. Ensure that you have the funds to rent a car of this status.
-
5
Make your reservation through the luxury car rental company. Decide whether you will pick up your luxury vehicle or have it delivered to you. Luxury car rentals do offer delivery service, but often at an additional fee. Indicate to the receptionist or booking agent which you would prefer, as well as other options for the vehicle, such as leather seating, a sunroof or other accessories. These inclusions may increase the rental rate.
