How to Create Cross Certificates
To create a cross certificate, find a free template you can download from the Internet to use as a guideline. The template should allow you to play with different color and design options, allowing you to customize it to your needs. A cross certificate can either incorporate a picture of a cross or combine two different certifications into one document.
Instructions

-
1
Dwnload a free cross certificate template (see Resources).
-
2
Type keywords into the "Search" box to find the template you want to use, or perform a search through the templates via categories. For example, keywords could include "dual," "both," or "cross." If the certificate you want to make is for business, education or within a religious purpose, try categories such as "management," "accomplishment," "religious," "spiritual," or "teaching."

Fill in the information on the certificate, making sure you double-check the spelling of the name of the person you are creating it for. Include any verbiage the certificate template may not have, such as "This document is to certify that (insert person's name here) is officially a member of the Order of the Cross," or "This document is to certify that (insert person's name here) has both completed Business Management 101 and is licensed to perform the duties of a Business Manager."

Save you work to a portable storage device, like a flash drive, and print out the certificate when you finish.

Tips & Warnings
If you do not have a color printer, choose the "Advanced" button on the printer settings window of your computer. From there, choose "2-color" or the "Black and White" option. This will prevent a light background color from printing out as gray on the printer.
Do not forge cross certificates to illustrate you are a member of the clergy if you have not actually received legal ordination from a religious organization. If you do create such cross certificates, whether it be for a religious purpose or to serve as a dual function document, do not not present the certificates for legal or employment purposes unless the certificate was created by a legally recognized entity.
