How to Stop Armpit Perspiration
Perspiration releases the body’s excess heat and toxins in liquid form. Millions of sweat glands are located all over the body and are constantly exuding perspiration or sweat. Sweat might not be noticed in some body parts because they are exposed to air, which makes the sweat evaporate. Armpits are densely packed with sweat glands, and these areas have very little exposure to light and air, thus are prone to extreme perspiration. If you suffer from extreme armpit sweating, there are ways to control the condition. Does this Spark an idea?

-
2
Soak two washcloths in lemon juice, and take a shower. Just before leaving the shower, clean your armpits with the lemon juice.

3
Mix 2 tbsp. of baking soda with 8 oz. of water in a spray bottle. Add a few drops of essential lavender oil for fragrance. Spray this directly on your armpits two to three times a day.
-
4
Drink two to four cups of sage tea daily. This is supposed to calm the body and keep it cooler, thus reducing the amount of sweat being produced.
-
5
Prepare peppermint tea and add the lemon balm and fennel to it. Let it sit for about five minutes, and drink just before you go to bed. This will help reduce perspiration at night.
-
6
Keep track of your diet and your body’s reaction to foods you eat. Take note of when you are perspiring more than usual, and check what food you’ve eaten during that time. If you notice that some foods affect your perspiration, remove them from your diet.
-
7
Dab a few drops of tea tree oil on your armpits before dressing, then drink a cup of green tea. This will help eliminate body toxins.
-
8
Avoid spicy foods and heavy meats, especially at night. Include more vegetables and fruit in your meals. Adding dairy products also helps reduce perspiration.
-
9
Lose weight if you are overweight. One of the main causes of effusive perspiration is being overweight.
-
10
Remain hydrated by drinking about 60 oz. of water, herbal tea or other non-alcoholic fluids during the course of the day. Staying hydrated helps remove excesses from the diet and cools your body so it does not have to produce as much perspiration.
-
11
Minimize your alcohol intake, and avoid tobacco products. Reduce caffeinated products such as black tea and coffee. These all increase body heat, and thus perspiration.
-
12
Reduce the amount of stress in your life. Stress is a great cause of increased body heat, and higher body heat makes you perspire more.
