How to Open an Email Greeting

An email greeting can be any number of things. It can refer to an email message someone has sent to you. It can also be a document or attachment in an email. It can be a greeting card sent via email, or other links to other types of greetings. All types are easy to open.

Instructions

1. Log into your email account. Scroll through the messages until you find the one that has the email greeting you would like to open.

2. Click on the subject, or title, of the email greeting to open it on your computer screen and read what it says.

3. Click on the name of an email attachment or file that is an email greeting. Double click on it to open it. Select "Yes" if you know the sender and trust the attachment so it will download and open on your computer.

4. Click on the link to an email card or another type of email greeting that you find in your email. As you click the link, a page will open up that shows the email greeting so you can read it.
