There are several calling cards for calling Taiwan on the market. The cards are priced per minute. Usually the prices range from $2 to $50 depending on how many minutes you buy. Some calling cards work better and allow you to talk a lot longer than others for the same price. Find out from someone who calls Taiwan often which one is the best.

Then dial the toll-free number given, or in some cases the local access number. You will then be prompted to give your PIN. Once it goes through, you will be instructed to make your phone call.
