How to Filter Multiple Users in Twitter

There is no limit to the number of people you can follow on Twitter. At times it can be hard to keep track of everyone's Twitter updates as you follow hundreds of people. One way to keep track of multiple users on Twitter is by creating lists. Each Twitter user can make up to 20 lists to keep track of friends, family, celebrities or random Twitter users. You name the lists to best organize those you follow.

Instructions

    • 1

Log in to your Twitter account using your username and password. Click "Following" in the top right corner of the screen.

    • 2

Click the username you wish to organize into a list. Click "List" and choose "new" if you have no lists created. Name the list accordingly.

    • 3

Click the next user you wish to organize. Click "List" and put a check next to the existing list you wish to add the user to or create a new list as outlined in Step 2.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can delete lists at any time by clicking the list on your home page and choosing "delete." At any time you can add or remove people from lists by reversing the steps listed above.
