All BlackBerry devices come with Outlook synchronizing capability, and syncing is easy to do with the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. If you do not have the BlackBerry Desktop Manager on your computer, download the software for free from the BlackBerry website.

When choosing "one-way sync," there will be a option titled "Replace all data in the target application." Choosing this option will overwrite all of the data at the destination, so make sure it is unchecked if you don't want this to happen.
