Instructions

2. Contact your charity for their operating hours. Some charities, such as Goodwill, have large containers behind their stores where you can leave your donated clothing where it will be safe and will remain dry in the instance of inclement weather.

3. Sort through the clothes you'd like to donate. Anything that is beyond repair, damaged or stained cannot be accepted by many charities. Those things likely need to be thrown away.

5. Drop off your donated clothing at the charity of your choice.
