How to Test Slingbox

Use your computer to watch television anywhere with Slingbox.

Slingbox allows you to connect your television signal to the Internet and watch your home television from anywhere in the world. After you set up your Slingbox, you should test that it is working properly. You can test your Slingbox at home with an Internet connection or, if you want a better idea of how your Slingbox works when outside of your home, you can go to any location where there is an available Internet connection to test your Slingbox.

Instructions

1. Go to the Sling Accounts page.

2. Enter the email address and password you registered with your Slingbox. Click "Login."

3. Watch your Slingbox. If the television starts playing, then your Slingbox is working. If the television does not start playing, then the Slingbox is not working.
