How to Open Nero
Burning CDs and DVDs and converting files between formats are popular uses of Nero. In order to use Nero, you must have a version of the software downloaded onto your PC or purchase a new copy. Once you have downloaded the software,open Nero and use its tools to manage your media projects.

Click the "Start" button in the bottom left hand corner of your Windows desktop. In Windows XP and later versions of Windows, the "Start" button is replaced with a Windows icon.

Click "Programs" on your Start menu list. A list of all the programs installed on your computer will appear in alphabetical order.

Highlight the "Nero" folder. The sub-list will show the Nero tutorial/read me file and a logo icon with "Nero" next to it. Click the logo icon and the Nero program will open.
