How to Export PPT to HTML
If you participate in public speaking for professional or personal reasons, you've almost certainly created slideshows or presentations on Microsoft Power Point. In addition to inputting and sequencing text, you can use the software to insert graphics, music and even videos. If you don't have a venue or reason to speak in public, but still want to share your ideas using a presentation in "PPT" format, export the presentation to an HTML web page and upload it to a website.

1
Double-click the presentation (.PPT) file of your choice to open it in Microsoft Power Point. Review your presentation to ensure it's as you'd like it displayed online. Open the "Slide Show" menu and click "View Slide Show" to play it.
-
2
Hold down the "Ctrl" and "G" keys at the same time to open a "Save as Webpage" dialog box. Select "Save as Single Webpage," which will ensure that all the coding your Power Point file needs to function online is stored within the HTML file itself. Click "Save."

Double-click the HTML file within its folder to launch the webpage in a web browser window. Check the presentation's functionality prior to uploading it to your website.
