How to Open a Dialog Box in MS Word

MS Word contains a variety of dialog boxes that have a set of related commands that you can choose from. You can switch from one tab to another within the dialog box to handle a different set of commands. Word 2007 includes a dialog box launcher that appears in the lower right corner of a group within the ribbon. The box includes additional options that help you create, edit, save and print a document.
