How to Win the Yahoo Pyramids Card Game
Pyramids is an online single-player card game which is hosted on Yahoo Games. In Pyramids, three pyramids of playable cards each with an "up" card are dealt along side a pile of "draw" cards. To make a move, you will need to click on cards that are either one higher or one lower in value from the up card. To obtain the highest score and win the game, you will want to clear the board of all of the cards in as few moves as possible.

1
Go to the Pyramids at Yahoo Games website and click "Play Now!" to begin playing the game. The cards will be dealt into three pyramids. The cards at the bottom of the pyramids will be face-up; these are the cards you can play. After all cards have been dealt, look at the up card and try to find playable cards that are either one higher or one lower in value to the up card.

2
Look for the longest possible run of cards. For instance, if the up card is a 4, you will want to find either a run of 3, 2, Ace or a run of 5, 6, 7, and so on. The longer the run of cards, the higher your score will be.

3
Try to reveal as many face-down cards as possible. This will give you more opportunities for longer runs. Cards will stay face-down until the cards on top of them are gone. For example, if you have two playable Kings and one King is on top one card, but the other is on top of two cards, you should play the King that will reveal two cards.

Pass up the opportunity for shorter runs if there are cards that will provide a longer run later on. For instance, if the up card is an Ace and you could play a two, you would want to draw another card instead if you had a Queen, Jack, 10, and 9. In this example, you would have a better chance at winning if you wait to draw a King.

5
Continue finding the longest possible run of cards for each move. If there are no playable cards for the up card, click on the draw pile to draw a new up card. However, try not to use your draw pile too often. The game will end when you've either gotten rid of all cards, or when you have gone through the entire draw pile.
