How to Compare Total Gym 1700 & Total Gym SupraPro
The Total Gym is a line of exercise machines used for Pilates, stretching, and strength training. It was created by EFI Sports Medicine Inc. in 1974 and is seen most often on infomercials through television advertising. The equipment uses duplications of regular movements of the body with and against gravity. It uses gravity by the weight of the user as resistance in order to complete up to 50 exercises.
