Sometimes you may wish to view or print your itinerary for a past flight on Southwest Airlines, even well after the trip is completed. A simple way to do this is to find the confirmation email that Southwest Airlines sent you when you booked the flight. You can then print this email, which contains your itinerary. If you have lost or deleted the confirmation email, or if you never received one, you may still be in luck—if you have a Southwest Airlines frequent flier number, you will be able to view your past itineraries on Southwest’s website.

Open your preferred browser and direct it to the Southwest Airlines website.

Click on the “Log in” button and enter the required information if you are not already logged in.

Click on “View my Southwest account.”

Scroll down to “My Flight History.” This section lists the flights you have completed. Find the relevant flight for which you wish to print the itinerary in this list of flights, and click on it. This will bring up the itinerary for the flight, which you may then print either directly from the website or by copying and pasting it into your preferred program.
