Microsoft Visual C++ is based on the C, C++ and CLI programming languages. The language is available in 32-bit and 64-but compiler editions. It is distributed as a commercial package for developers. However, end users can download the runtime libraries for free to run programs that have been coded in Visual C++. One such runtime library is "vcvarsall.bat," which is required for the execution of applications created in Python.

Navigate to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package download page.

Select a language from the drop-down menu.

Click "Download."

Double-click on the executable installer file.

Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation. The vcvarsall.bat file is now installed.
