How to Activate Windows XP With a Different Key
Reactivating your current copy of Windows XP with a different product key is necessary when you plan on moving your current XP license to a different computer, or when you discover, to your dismay, that someone has pirated your current key. Accomplish this by resetting the activation utility from within the system registry; this procedure takes less than 10 minutes.
