Instructions

      Launch AOL from the application icon on your desktop or by clicking "Start" from the System Tray, then clicking "Programs" and then "AOL."

      Click "Read" from the top menu of the AOL toolbar.

      Click on the "Old" or "Sent" tab.

      Double-click the email you wish to copy to the desktop.

      Click "File" from the top menu and then click "Save As."

      Navigate to your desktop in the Save As dialogue box. Enter a file name for your email message and click "Save."
