How to Print a PDF in Windows

Printing a PDF in Windows is an easy process.

Portable Document Format (PDF) files are used to display newsletters, memos, documents and presentations. If you are sent a PDF through email or have downloaded one from the Internet, you can easily print it with the Windows printing utility.

Instructions

1. Open the PDF that you want to print. Click the small file icon in the top-left corner of the interface.

2. Scroll down and click "Print." Then scroll over and choose either "Print," "Quick print" or "Print preview."

3. Click "Print" to choose the printer, select the number of prints and the page range within the dialog box. Click the "Print" button.

4. Click "Quick Print" if formatting or settings are not concerns.

5. Click "Print Preview" if you want to view how the PDF will appear on the printed page. Click the "Page setup" icon in the top-left corner to change the way it prints. Click "Print" in the top-left corner if you are satisfied.
