How do I Create a Last Minute Holiday Calendar?
There are several ways to create last minute holiday calendars. A few options are using Microsoft Word's calendar wizard, or using an online calendar creator like TimeandDate.com or DLTK's Custom Calendar maker. Each of these methods allow users to create, save and print holiday calendars free of charge. Each calendar also allows users to insert custom graphics into calendar months.

Creating a Last Minute Holiday Calendar in Microsoft Word

Open a "New" file in Microsoft Word. Then click "General Templates" and "Other Documents." Double-click "Calendar Wizard" and "Next."

Pick a style from the window and click "Next."

Choose either "portrait" or "landscape" format and click "Next."

Select the starting and ending months. Click "Next" and "Finish."

Add holiday images to the selected dates by clicking "Clip Gallery" on the objects bar. Using your mouse, drag a small rectangle under the number 16 on the calendar to open the Clip Gallery.

Click "Picture" and select the category of art to add. Click "Insert Clip" under the desired picture

Save the calendar by clicking "File" and "Save As."

Open the TimeandDate.com website, accessable in the "References" section, below.

Select "Custom Calendar" under the box labeled "Calendar."

Fill in the calendar options. Options include the calendar's country, language, format, period, design and selected holidays. Click "Show and Save Calendar" after all options have been entered.

Save the calendar to the computer by clicking "File" and "Save As."

Access DLTK's Printable Custom Calendar website in the "References" section below.

Scroll to the holiday section.

Select the appropriate holiday and language. A pop-up window will open and display options to customize the calendar.

Select the month, year and holiday. Click "Create Calendar." Save the calendar to the computer by clicking "File" and "Save As."
