How to insert date or time field in Microsoft Word 2007
Microsoft Office Word's field feature allows the user to enter data that change consistently, such as date and time. When the data requires changing, field codes make it easy to update the field without going through the document making manual changes one at a time. There are preset fields available, but users can create a custom field if needed. The date and time fields are preset within Word and are available for the user to access immediately.
