Click the Windows "Start" menu, click the "Control Panel," click "Appearance and Personalization, and the click "Personalization."

Launch the Display Settings window by clicking the "Display Settings" link. You should see the video/graphics card you are using. For example, if you are using a NVIDIA card , you should see the NVIDIA card model and memory.
