How to Synchronize Windows Mobile Notes
You can synchronize your Windows mobile phone to your desktop OneNote application by using the Microsoft ActiveSync application. This includes ActiveSync compatible devices such as Windows smart phones or Pocket PCs. When you synchronize your phone to your desktop using ActiveSync, your mobile notes will be transferred to the desktop OneNote application. You can then view and manage these notes in the desktop environment.

Connect your mobile device to your PC using a USB cable, Bluetooth or infrared connection.

Start ActiveSync on your desktop by clicking "Sync," or start ActiveSync on your mobile device by selecting "Start > ActiveSync > Sync."

Wait for ActiveSync to complete the synchronization, and open the Office OneNote application on your desktop.

Open the OneNote notebook named "OneNote Mobile" to view and manage the notes that have been transferred from your mobile device.

Tips & Warnings
If you have a Pocket PC with a cradle, use the cradle to connect with your desktop.
ActiveSync can be configured on your desktop to automatically synchronize on a preset schedule. Open the ActiveSync "Tools" menu, and click "Options > Schedule" to create a schedule.
