How to Save "House of the Dead 3" PC Games

“The House of the Dead III” is a light gun arcade game that was released for the PC in 2005. The game has a manual save system. In addition, the save system only saves the results of your gameplay, not your progress through the game. The only significant things saved are your high scores, option selections, and "Free Play" mode status.

Instructions

1. Complete a full game of “The House of the Dead III” in "Survival" or "Time Trial" mode. The game requires that you lose in order to save your score. In "Survival" mode, this occurs when you die and choose not to continue, or if you die and run out of continue credits. In "Time Trial" mode, this occurs when you run out of time.

2. Exit out of the player ranking screen displayed at the end of the game.

3. Click "Save/Load" in the main menu of the game.

4. Click "Save" and confirm you want to overwrite the save file.
