How do I Increase Video Record Time on the Motorola RAZR?

Increase your RAZR video recording time by changing the default setting.

Recording video on your Motorola RAZR is a storage-intensive activity. Motorola has imposed an arbitrary recording limit of roughly 1 minute, but to even achieve this recording length, you have to change the settings. The RAZR, by default, records video clips at MMS length, so they can be inserted into multimedia messages, but this time can be increased to record at the maximum 1-minute length.

Instructions

1. Press the soft key, and then "Multimedia > Videos > Video Clip" to access the video clip viewfinder.

2. Press "Options > Video Setup > Adjust Clip Length."

3. Choose "Maximum" to record for the full minute of allotted time.
