How to Create a Proxy IP

Click on "Tools", then select "Options."
Mozilla Firefox
Step 1
Click on "Tools", then select "Options."
Step 2
Click on "Advanced" and select the "Network" tab. Click on "Settings" and select "Manual Proxy Configuration." Find a proxy server (see References); enter the server's IP into the "HTTP Proxy" box and enter the port into the "Port" box.
Step 3
Click "OK." Click "OK" again to finish the operation.
Google Chrome
Step 1
Click on the "Customize and control" Google Chrome menu. Chrome displays this menu as a wrench icon.
Step 2
Select "Options" from the drop-down menu. Click on the "Under the hood" tab. The "Network settings" box will open. Select the "Change proxy settings" button.
Step 3
Click on the "LAN settings" button. Check the box for "Use proxy server for your LAN." Find a proxy server (see References); enter its IP address into the "Address" box and the port into the "Port" box. Click "OK" then "Apply" to save the settings.
