How to Find Someone's IP Address With AIM
An IP address is a number used to identify computers on the Internet. With a user's IP address, you can find out a lot of information about his computer, including his Internet service provider, general physical location and the network he is connected to. An IP address is not something you should share with untrustworthy people for this reason. However, if you need to know the IP address of a friend or family member's computer, you can find it using the AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) program.
