How to Auto Reply in Outlook Express
Outlook Express is an email program that came with Windows XP and prior versions of the operating system. The Outlook Express program gives the user the ability to create message rules. These message rules tell the program what to do with each email as it is downloaded. You can create a rule to automatically reply with a set message each time an email is downloaded. In order for this rule to work, the program must be set to periodically check for email messages. Outlook Express must also be running.
